Breakfast Bars

1 T Peanut Butter or Tahini
3/4 oz Oatmeal, dry
1 packet Chocolate Dairy Shake Mix
3/4 oz Raisins
Hot Water

Combine peanut butter or tahini and oatmeal in a small bowl and blend into a paste.
Add the dairy shake packet and blend.
Add hot water a tablespoon at a time until you have a smooth paste.
If you are using tahini, make sure to stir it well before serving
and you may not need any hot water.
Shape the paste into a log and place on wax paper.
Wrap the log and store in the freezer.
Best if thawed for 5 or more minutes before eating.
