Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie |

4 oz | Unsweetened Chocolate |
1/2 c | Butter or Margerine |
3/4 c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs |
1 t | Vanilla |
1/2 c | Flour |
1/2 c | Nuts, chopped |
2 1/2 c | Cold Milk |
2 sm pkgs | Instant Chocolate Pudding |
8 oz | Whipped Topping |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease bottom and sides of a pie plate.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl 2 minutes.
Stir until chocolate is melted.
Stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix in flour and nuts.
Press into pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Mix milk and pudding mixes in large bowl with a wire whisk for 1 minute.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Spread pudding over brownie crust.
Top with whipped topping.
Garnish with grated choloate, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
