1 pkg | Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies |
1 pkg | Milk Chocolate Chips |
16 oz | Caramel Apple Dip |
3 c | Crisp Rice Cereal |
1 1/4 c | Cashews, chopped |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut cookie dough in half crosswise.
Cut each section in half lengthwiase.
Press dough in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake for 10 to 18 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Cool for 15 minutes.
In large saucepan, combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup caramel dip.
Cook over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cereal and cashews.
Spread over cooled crust.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup caramel dip.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Spread over cereal mixture.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into bars.
