Chocolate Almond
Bread Pudding

5 lg Eggs
3/4 c Brown Sugar
3 c Milk
1 T Almond Extract
1 loaf Italian or French Bread, cubed
9 oz Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 c Sliced Almonds

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk and almond extract until well blended.
Gently stir in the bread cubes, chocolate chunks and almonds.
Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until the mixture is set.
Serve warm.
