| 3/4 c | Brown Sugar |
| 3 c | Milk |
| 1 T | Almond Extract |
| 1 loaf | Italian or French Bread, cubed |
| 9 oz | Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped |
| 1/2 c | Sliced Almonds |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk and almond extract until well blended.
Gently stir in the bread cubes, chocolate chunks and
almonds.
Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, sprayed
with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until the mixture is set.
Serve warm.
