Chocolate Chai |

| 1 | Black Tea Bag |
| 1/2 c | Boiling Water |
| 3 T | Sugar |
| 2 T | Cocoa |
| 2 c | Milk |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
| 1/2 t | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1/2 t | Ground Nutmeg |
| Whipped Cream | |
Pour the boiling water over tea bag in a small saucepan.
Cover and let stand 3 - 5 minutes.
Remove tea bag.
Stir in sugar and cocoa powder.
Cook and stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg; heat throughly.
Do not boil.
Pour into cups.
Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.
