1 1/2 c | Sugar |
3 1/2 T | Cocoa |
pinch | Salt |
1 T | Flour |
1 T | Cornmeal |
1/2 c | Pecans, chopped |
3 | Eggs, beaten |
1/2 c | Milk |
1 T | Vanilla |
1 | Pie Crust, unbaked |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, flour, cornmeal, and pecans in a medium bowl, mix well.
Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until pie is set.
Cool on wire rack.
When cool, lightly sift powdered sugar over cooled pie.
