Chocolate Chess Pie 2 |

| 1/4 c | Butter |
| 1 1/2 oz | Unsweetened Chocolate |
| 1 1/2 c | Sugar |
| 1 T | Flour |
| pinch | Salt |
| 1/2 c | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
| 9" | Pastry Shell, unbaked |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter and chocolate; pour into a mixing bowl.
Add sugar, flour, salt, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Beat with electric mixer for 6 minutes.
Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake 40 minutes or until set.
