Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Unwrap cookie dough and cut in half.
Press half into the bottom of a greased 8 inch square pan.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and egg.
Spread over dough in pan.
Crumble other half of dough over top.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
