Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pat 1 roll of dough on bottom of 9x13 pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, spread over dough.
Crumble second roll of dough over cheese mixture.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
Let cool. Cut into squares.
