Chocolate Fudge Frosting |

| 3 T | Cocoa |
| 1 c | Sugar |
| 1/3 c | Evaporated Milk |
| 3 T | Safflower Oil |
| 1/4 t | Salt |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla; beat 5 minutes with electric mixer.
Spread over cake.
