Chocolate Macaroon Squares

1 pkg Chocolate Cake Mix
1/3 c Butter, softened
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 t Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/3 c Flaked Coconut, divided
1 c Pecans, chopped
1 c Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix, butter, and slightly beaten egg in large bowl. Mix with a fork until crumbly.
Press onto botton of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and egg in a medium bowl until well blended.
Stir in 1 c coconut, nuts, and chocolate chips.
Spread mixture evenly over base and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
