20 | Chocolate Sandwich Cookies |
1/4 c | Butter, softened |
1 qt | Vanilla Ice Cream, softened |
1/4 c + 2 T | Creme de Menthe |
2 T | Creme de Cacao |
1 c | Whipping Cream |
2 T | Powdered Sugar |
Chocolate Shavings for Garnish |
Combine cookie crumbs and butter, mix well.
Press into a buttered 9 inch pie plate.
Combine ice cream, creme de menthe, and creme de cacao, mix until smooth.
Spread ice cream mixture evenly over crust.
Cover and freeze.
Beat whipping cream until foamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Spread on pie, garnish with chocolate shavings, and freeze until firm.
Let frozen pie stand at room temperature for 5 minutes until serving.
