Chocolate Mousse Bars

2/3 c Flour
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
3/4 c Applesauce
1 1/2 oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
1/2 c Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1 T Oil
1 t Vanilla
6 Egg Whites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour and cocoa.
Melt chocolate and combine with oil, applesauce, yogurt and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Add half of egg whites to chocolate mixture.
Stir to blend well, then add remaining egg whites and fold gently.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
