1 1/2 c | Butter, cut into bits |
10 oz | Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped |
10 oz | Semisweet Chocolate, chopped |
9 oz | Light Corn Syrup |
10 oz | Graham Crackers Crumbs |
1/2 t | Salt |
1/2 c | Cold Butter, cut into bits |
6 oz | Golden Raisins |
5 oz | Dried Cherries, chopped |
5 oz | Nuts, chopped |
In a saucepan set over moderate heat, combine the butter, chocolates, and corn syrup.
Heat the mixture, stirring, until the chocolate is just
melted.
Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with raisins, cherries, and nuts, then toss the mixture until the fruit is completely coated with crumbs.
Add the chocolate and stir the mixture until combined well.
Spray a jelly-roll pan with nonstick spray and pour the
chocolate mixture into the pan, smoothing it into an even layer.
Chill for at least 2 hours or until hard.
Cut into squares.
