1 box | Devils Food Cake Mix |
1 1/4 c | Water |
1/2 c | Vegetable Oil |
3 | Eggs |
16 | Oreos, coarsely chopped |
1 tub | Vanilla Frosting |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl beat at low speed cake mix, eggs, water and oil until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in chopped cookies.
Spoon into 24 paper lined cupcake tins.
Bake
for 20 - 25 minutes.
Cool in pans 5 minutes then remove to rack to cool completely.
Fill a pastry bag fitted with a star tip with frosting.
Insert tip slightly into cupcakes and squeeze gently to fill cupcakes.
The top of the cupcakes should crack slightly, then just leave a little "star" of frosting on the top.
