Chocolate Whipped Cream |

1 c | Whipping Cream, divided |
3 oz | Bittersweet or Semisweet Chocolate, chopped |
In a heavy, small saucepan combine 1/4 cup whipping cream and chocolate.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate begins to melt.
Remove from heat.
Stir until smooth; cool.
In a chilled small bowl beat 3/4 cup whipping cream with chilled beaters of an electric mixer on medium speed just until soft peaks form.
Add melted chocolate mixture; beat just until combined.
