Chocolate Zucchini Cake |

| 2/3 c | Margarine or Butter |
| 2 c | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 2 t | Vanilla |
| 1 t | Salt |
| 1 1/2 t | Baking Soda |
| 2 1/2 t | Baking Powder |
| 1 t | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 c | Cocoa |
| 1/2 c | Milk |
| 2 1/2 c | Flour |
| 2 c | Zucchini, grated |
| 1/2 c | Nuts, optional |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon; mix well.
Add cocoa and milk.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in grated zucchini and nuts.
Pour batter into a well greased and floured bundt pan or 9 X 13 inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar, frost with chocolate icing, or drizzle with a thin powdered sugar glaze.
