Dark Moist Chocolate Cake |

| 1 c | Flour |
| 1 c | Sugar |
| 3 T | Cocoa |
| 1 | Egg, beaten |
| 1 c | Sour Milk |
| 1/2 c | Butter or Margerine, melted |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
| 1 t | Baking Soda |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve soda in sour milk and mix in remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9x9 inch square pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
