1 1/4 c | Chocolate Cookie Crumbs |
1/4 c | Sugar |
1/3 c | Butter, melted |
1/2 pt | Heavy Cream |
5 1/2 oz | Chocolate Syrup |
1 T | Powdered Sugar |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix together butter, cookie crumbs, and sugar.
Press the mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake 5 minutes. Chill.
Whip cream in a small mixing bowl.
Add syrup just before cream stiffens.
Mix in sugar.
Pour into crust and sprinkle with chocolate cookie crumbs.
Freeze. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit or chocolate curls.
