French Chocolate Pie |

2 oz | Unsweetened Chocolate |
1/2 c | Butter, softened |
3/4 c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs |
2 c | Whipped Topping, thawed |
9 inch | Chocolate Crumb Crust |
Melt chocolate in double boiler and cool to room temperature.
Cream butter with sugar.
Stir in chocolate.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating at high speed 5 minutes after each addition.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill about 2 hours until firm.
Garnish with additional whipped cream.
