18 oz | Semi Sweet or Bittersweet Chocolates Chips |
1 can | Sweetened Condensed Milk |
1 T | Butter |
Nuts, optional |
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Remove from heat and add milk, butter and nuts.
Beat thoroughly (quickly as fudge sets rather fast).
If it starts to set too quickly, return to double boiler.
Put in a buttered pan and let set for about an hour.
Cut in squares and store in an airtight container.
