Fudge Cake
with Fudge Icing

2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 c Margerine
4 T Cocoa
1 c Water
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 t Soda
1 t Vanilla
Icing:
1/2 c Margerine
4 T Cocoa
6 T Milk
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 t Vanilla
1 c Nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl.
Combine margerine, cocoa, and water in a saucepan; bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over sugar mixture; stir well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
Combine margerine, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spread hot icing on hot cake.
