Fudge Squares |

| 1/2 t | Baking Powder |
| 1 c | Sugar |
| 3/4 c | Flour |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1/2 c | Butter or Margeine |
| 2 (1 oz) squares | Unsweetened Chocolate |
| 1 c | Nuts |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter or margerine and chocolate. Stir until smooth. Mix all ingredients together.
Spread batter into 9 inch square greased and floured pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely and frost.

| 1 1/2 T | Butter or Margerine |
| 2 1/2 T | Milk |
| 1/8 t | Salt |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
| 1 c | Powdered Sugar |
Heat chocolate, butter or margerine, milk, and salt until melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
