Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve butter, flour, and cocoa in sauce pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured pie pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool just enough to hold its shape when serving.
