Low Fat Chocolate Cake

2 c Flour
1 c Cocoa
2 c Sugar
2 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
2 (12 oz) jars Baby Food Prunes
2 t Vanilla
4 Egg Whites
1 c Skim Milk
4 T Instant Cappuccino Powder
1 c Boiling Water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dissolve cappuccino powder in boiling water and set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Mix in baby prunes, vanilla, egg whites, and milk. Mix well. Mix in cappuccino and mix until blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch square pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
