2 1/4 c | All Purpose Flour |
1 t | Baking Soda |
1 t | Salt |
1/2 c | Butter, softened |
1/2 c | Margarine, softened |
3/4 c | Brown Sugar, packed |
3/4 c | Sugar |
1 t | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs |
1 handful | Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips |
1 handful | Milk Chocolate Chips |
1 handful | White Chocolate Chips |
2 handfuls | Pecans Halves |
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a mixing bowl cream the butter, margarine, and sugars til creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, soda and salt; mix thouroughly.
Toss in the chips and nuts and mix them in.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
These cookies are GREAT in the summer to make Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches!
Cool cookies completely.
Scoop any flavor ice cream on the bottom of one cookie.
Sandwich with another cookie.
Wrap tightly in foil and freeze.
