Mocha Whipped Cream
1 c Heavy Cream
1/4 c Powdered Sugar
1/4 t Expresso Powder
1 T Cocoa
1 t Vanilla

Beat cream till stiff peaks form.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
*Note: Expresso can be replaced with 1 t Instant Coffee, any flavor.
