| 1 box | Chocolate Cake Mix with Pudding |
| 2 | Eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1/2 c | Butter |
| 1 c | Nuts |
| 8 oz | Chocolate Chips |
| 8 oz | Butterscotch Chips |
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten |
| 1 box | Powdered Sugar |
| 2 oz | Chocolate Chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cake mix, 2 eggs, and butter, mixing well.
Dough will be really thick.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate and butterscotch chips and nuts and press in slightly.
Combine cream cheese, 3 eggs, and powdered sugar, beating until creamy.
Spread on top of the chips and nuts.
Melt remaining 2 0z of chocolate chips and spoon on top of cream cheese mixture.
Drag a knife through chocolate to swirl.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool completely before cutting.
