Peanut Butter

1/2 c | Cocoa |
1/2 c | All Purpose Flour |
1/4 t | Salt |
2 | Eggs |
1 1/4 t | Vanilla Extract, divided |
1 c | Sugar |
1/2 c | Butter, melted |
6 oz | Peanut Butter Morsels |
6 oz | Milk Chocolate Morsels |
Chocolate Crumb Pie Crust | |
2/3 c | Whipping Cream |
Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine cocoa, flour, and salt.
Beat eggs and 1 t vanilla in small mixing bowl; blend in sugar and butter.
Add cocoa mixture; blend well.
Mix peanut buttet and chocolate morsels together and stir 3/4 c morsels into batter.
Place crust on baking sheet; pour batter into crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Cool on wire rack.
In a small microwave safe bowl, combine cream, remaining vanilla, and morsels.
Microwave on medium-high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
Microwave at additional 10 - 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Cut pie into wedges; top with ice cream.
Spoon sauce over ice cream and pie.
*Note instead of buying 2 separate packages of morsels they have the one bag that contains both.
