Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 c Peanut Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 t Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Mini Chocolate Chips, divided
Chocolate Crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until blended.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into crust.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
If desired, top with hot fudge or chocolate syrup.
