Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip Snaps

1 1/3 c Flour
3/4 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Butter
1 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
2/3 c Peanut Butter
2/3 c Honey
1/2 c Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 t Vanilla
1 c Walnuts, chopped
2 c Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large saucepan combine butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
Cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes then remove to wire rack and cool completely.
