Peanut Butter Blossoms |

1/2 c | Shortening |
3/4 c | Peanut Butter |
1/3 c | Sugar |
1/2 c | Brown Sugar, packed |
1 | Egg |
2 T | Milk |
1 t | Vanilla |
1 1/2 c | Flour |
1 t | Baking Soda |
1/2 t | Salt |
1 (8 oz) bag | Hershey Kisses, unwrapped |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla.
Mix in sifted dry ingredients. Roll into balls, roll balls in sugar, and bake 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Immediately upon removal from oven press Hershey Kiss into center of each cookie.
Cool slightly and remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
