Picnic Baked Chocolate Pie |

| 3 | Eggs |
| 3/4 c | Sugar |
| 2 t | Cornstarch |
| 1/4 c | Cocoa |
| 1 t | Vanilla |
| 1/8 t | Salt |
| 2 c | Rich Milk or Cream |
| 1/3 c | Coconut |
| 1/3 c | Pecans, chopped | Unbaked Pie Crust |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Remove while center is still a little soft.
Cool completely and store in refrigerator.
