Raspberry Swirled Brownies |

1/2 c | Butter, softened |
1 c | Sugar |
16 oz | Chocolate Syrup |
4 | Eggs |
1 1/2 c | Flour |
3 oz | Cream Cheese, softened |
2/3 c | Raspberry Jam |
1 c | Raspberries |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add chocolate syrup and eggs, mixing well.
Add flour and mix well.
Beat cream cheese and preserves until smooth.
Gently stir in raspberries.
Fold raspberry mixture into the batter.
Spread in a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 2 1/2 inch squares.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries.
