The Real Neiman Marcus Cookie Recipe |

| 1/2 c | Unsalted Butter, softened |
| 1 c | Brown Sugar |
| 3 T | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 t | Vanilla |
| 1/2 t | Baking Soda |
| 1/2 t | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 t | Salt |
| 1 3/4 c | Flour |
| 1 1/2 t | Instant Espresso Powder |
| 8 oz | Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter with sugars until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or 10-12 minutes for a crisper cookie.
