3/4 c | Cocoa |
1 t | Baking Soda |
1 c | Sugar |
1 c | Brown Sugar |
1 c | Margarine, softened |
2 t | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs |
1 c | Pecans, finely chopped |
48 | Rolo Candies |
1 T | Sugar |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl, beat sugars and margerine until light; add vanilla and eggs. Beat well.
Add flour mixture; stir in half or pecans.
For each cookie, shape 1 T. dough araound each Rolo with floured hands.
In small bowl, combine remaining pecans and the 1 T. sugar. Press top of each cookie into nuts.
Place, nut side up on lightly greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 7-10 mins.
Cool on pan for 2 mins, then remove.
