2 oz | Unsweetened Chocolate |
3/4 c | Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips |
1/2 c | Butter, softened |
1 c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs |
2 t | Pure Vanilla |
1 1/2 c | Flour |
1 c | Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips |
1/2 c | White Chocolate Chips |
1/4 c | Milk Chocolate Chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
In a double boiler, melt unsweetened chocolate and 3/4 c chocolate chips.
Stir frequently with a wooden spoon or wire whisk until creamy and smooth.
Pour melted chocolate into a large bowl.
Add butter and beat with electric mixer at medium speed until thoroughly combined.
Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Beat on medium speed until well blended.
Add the flour and 3 chocolates mixing until just combined.
Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough into a ball about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Place balls of dough onto paper lined pans.
Flatten with the palm of your hand to about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack.
