Swiss Espresso
Coffee Mix

1 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
1 c Instant Coffee Granules
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Skim Milk Powder
1/4 c Coffee Creamer
1/2 t Cinnamon

In a small bowl, sprinkle sugar with vanilla.
Stir until mixture is well blended.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Sift to blend thoroughly.
Store in an airtight container.
Label with directions:
For 1 serving, place 1 t mix in coffee cup.
Add boiling water and stir.
