Triple Chocolate

4 oz | Unsweetened Baking Chocolate |
1/2 c | Butter |
3/4 c | Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed |
3/4 c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs |
2 T | Sabra |
1 t | Vanilla |
1 t | Instant Espresso Powder |
1/2 t | Orange Peel, grated |
3/4 c | Flour |
1/8 t | Salt |
1/4 c | Mini Chocolate Chips |
1 T | Sabra |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.
Stir in butter. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl beat brown sugar, sugar, and eggs five minutes until light in color and thickened.
Beat in chocolate mixture until blended.
Beat 2 T Sabra, vanilla, espresso powder, orange peel, flour, and salt until blended.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
Scrape into greased and floured 9 x 9 inch square pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Set pan on wire rack to cool 30 minutes.
Brush brownies with 1 T Sabra.
Cover with plastic wrap and cool completely.
*Sabra is an orange flavored chocolate liqueur.
