Velvet Hot Chocolate |

500 ml | Milk |
125 ml | Cream |
100 g | Dark Chocolate |
10 cm | Orange Peel, pith removed |
60 ml | Strong Hot Espresso |
Place the milk, cream chocolate and orange peel in a heavy based saucepan over a low heat.
Stir gently, until the chocolate has melted.
Increase the heat and whisk until the chocolate milk is hot enough to drink.
Discard orange peel.
Pour into warmed mugs.
Add espresso.
