Late last year I embarked on a major goal with 59 other team members  - to complete an Ironman and raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.   My team in training group has raised over $348,000 this year.

Ironman Canada!!!  Wow!! That's one word to describe the journey.  Coach Wayne said, "Enjoy the journey!"  Coach Kate said, "This day is all about you."  Well it was and it wasn't.  It was really about "us."  10 month of training with some of the most incredible people in the bay area, tremendous coaches through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and you!  Your donations, your spirits and well wishes carried me through the season.  Thank You!  Thank You!
