What you will need:

Apprentice and Pokemon Patch: Available here
To enter:
Send CSL an e-mail giving you e-mail and nick on Mirc.
Assemble a 60 card deck useing the legal cards (see below).
Be in #LFL on Tuesday, July Third (date subject to change) at 11:00 AM (Mountain Time).
You must send CSL the e-mail by July 1st to enter. If not enough people enter, the tourney will be canceled.

The Vanguard Expansion.
Legal Cards:
Cards from the Base Set up to Neo, including the Vending Machine cards and the Promos. If that's not enough cards to assemble a deck....:-p
