Tara was our second boxer and our first 'girl'. She was a dominant girl and quickly settled in and sorted Rocky out. Tara was fiery with outside dogs but loved her own family and produced one very nice litter when mated to Ch Denem Dressed 'T' Command (Comando) from the famous english Marbelton lines. This litter was the begining of Fortress Boxers. Tara tried the show ring at local Ribbon Parades where we had some success but, her son Jay was to go on and truly shine in the show ring. Tara also did an obedience course where she graduated 3rd in her class. Tara loved to be with our children and she also loved the swing. As Tara aged she became more mellow and was a dear old girl, she went on to be our oldest lived boxer so far and nearly made it to 13 years.
Tara received her Veterans Ribbon from the SIBC.
