Hey...I kinda changed this section a little. Cuz I thought the way it was before SUCKED like HELL. Ok anyways. : ) I've decided to change this into a section for help and stuff. Hence "Other Stuff". LOL. Ok, I have some links and tips and crap that I stumbled upon (I love that saying) and I think might help you.
Q: HOW DO YOU GET FRAMES??
A: Really, I don't know. Call me a frames illiterate, but seriously, I got the frames from my Microsoft Word. You can make webpages on there. Well, for 2000 at least. It's for MICROSOFT OFFICE and FRONTPAGE. You make the frames on there by clickin' format...ok if you have it and would like help, just email me with the subject FRAMES HELP! and I'll get back to you as SOON as I possibly can...ok I sound like an answering machine. Anywho. Well, I can't say I know how to do frames in HTML either, so you'll have to ask Fictitional. She did her whole website over by HAND for frames, so she can help you.
Q: WHERE DID YOU GET THE QUOTES CHANGER ON THE INDEX PAGE??
A: It's a great site for free stuff. It's called htmlGEAR. You sign up for it and you can get guestbooks, polls, quote changers, and feedback stuff. Also try Bravenet.
Q: HOW DO YOU MAKE BANNERS??
A: Go to my "Banner Making" page and read for how to do that...well, I DON'T know, but ask Julia Gulia.

How do you start a website??
First, you have to pick a server. Such as Geocities (the one I have and I think is the BEST cuz you can prevent those AdSquare things...), Angelfire (have that also, but the popups are SO annoying! If you don't want to annoy your visitors, find a server with no popups), Chickpages (the best, I guess. The pictures upload really well, and you can choose banners or popups for advertising), gURLpages (only has banners. Good choice), Expage (don't get this...for some reason, Expage bugs me! The little moving letters are irritating, and the guestbooks are limited space wise. Also, you have to use different HTML for everything), Envy.nu is good because there are no banners/ads, but you need to know HTML, and so on so forth. Or you can get someone to host you.
Most servers are easy to edit, but I think GeoCities is one of the best because they let you SEE what you're doing. Of course, if you edit using the ADVANCED editor, it won't let you use PageBuilder to edit it again! That's so confusing.
TIPS
DoN'T TYpe LiKE ThiS iT iS VEry AnNoYinG!! Type with normal cases, ok??
Try to have some of the same colors for a few pages...
Have a variety of content
