EXCHANGE RULES

For exchanging stamps I have only two, very simple, rules :

1) After I accept your proposal I expect you to send first, unless I make initial contact, in which case I will send first.

2) All stamps must be in good condition. NOTE - I do not accept CTO's.

For terms of exchange select either "Used" or "Mint" depending on what you want to exchange.
