Have checked the stamp against my refrence books and it matches plate 9. If this is right and the stamp is a forgery then it is probably one of the photographic ones which were produced at the end of the 19th / begining of the 20th centry.

These were made by photographing unused stamps. Chemicially coating suitable paper then reproducing the stamp onto the paper. Copies off piece show a phseduo watermark which we believe is applied afterwards using a template and aging the paper. This was probably done with dust. I know various letterings exist and I am going to attempt to list those known at some stage.
