Orange shades. Original is lithographed on watermarked or unwatermarked paper. 

1) There is one dot centered below the line at lower center of stamp. See red arrow. 

2) There is one dot above first dot in top row of dots. See red arrow.  

3) There is one large dot between the eagle's heads.

4) The feathers on the wings and ribbon folds have a characteristic shading.
