1) There are two tiny dots centered below the line at lower center of stamp and one exactly center above the line. See red arrow. 

2) There is one dot above and between the second and third dots in top row of dots. See red arrow.  

3) There is one large dot between the eagle's heads.

4) The feathers on the wings and ribbon folds have a characteristic shading.
