Division 2 (3rd level) 1990
You are free to copy this document, but please state the source, Clas Glenning The 3rd level is being altered 1991 into eight groups with eight teams each, i.e 64 teams in all. This means that 12 teams are relegated from 3rd level 1990 and 22 promoted. At the same time 2nd level is being altered into four groups of eight teams each, i.e 32 teams. So six teams are promoted to 2nd level and only four relegated from the same. At the end of this document the 3rd level group compositions for 1991 are found. There are some other changes as well, see the 1991 third level file for detailed information. NB: 3 points for a win from this season on. NORRA 1. IFK Sundsvall 26 19 5 2 68-18 62 Promoted 2. However, IFK Holmsund withdrew because of financial difficulties, and as FC Jönköping was the 2nd placed team in division 3 1990 with the most points that was not promoted, they stood in turn to be promoted. The federation decided not to make any geographical changes in the division 2 groups 1991, though. FC Jönköping was called Råslätts IK 1990.)
