Baptism preparation CourseThe next Baptism preparation Course will be held on two Mondays, the 6th and 13th February 2006 in the Presbytery. If you wish to secure a place on this course, please submit a completed Baptism Application Form to Fr Chris. The next courses after this will be in June and October 2006. |
Sick and Retired Priests' FundThe Diocese has a collection each January for this important fund. As you can imagine, with the increasing age of the clergy, the sick and retired priests' fund has many more draws on it. This year (2006) there will be a second collection on Saturday 22nd/ Sunday 23rd January. Please support this as we need to be especially generous to this important work of charity |
Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes 2006The Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from 17th - 23rd July 2006 under the leadership of Bishop Malcolm. The Coach Section will leave Nottingham on 16th July and return on 24th July. There will overnight stops en route, including a visit to the shrine of St Bernadette at Nevers. Prices by coach begin at £400.00 The Air Section will leave from Nottingham East Midlands Airport on 17th July, travelling directly to Lourdes, and return on 23rd July 2006. Prices by air begin at £460.00 There is a full pilgrimage programme, including an optional excursion.
